For Undergraduate Students

We aim to see our students develop a profound understanding of education in schools. Our philosophy of teaching is shaped by combining theory, research skills, and practice through national and international perspectives.

Student teachers at KIT are encouraged to reflect on and apply their knowledge and skills in real-life teaching situations. This includes using data-informed decision-making to help increase self-reflection and improve their own teaching practices while in training and in the long run.

We collaborate closely within KIT with the Center for Media Learning (ZML) and the Center for Teacher Education (ZLB) of the House of Competence (HoC).
